After completing law school, passing the NY Bar, and working in the "corporate world," I knew I couldn't live the rest of my life in front of a computer and signed up for the acting class I’d always wanted to take. Within two years, I was studying full-time at The Terry Knickerbocker Studio where I completed the Meisner Technique training (Terry Knickerbocker), and Voice (Matthew Dudley) and Movement (Nathan Flower, Kana Soto, Julia Crockett) classes. I didn't know it then, but I was seeking a way back to all of myself and I found that and more in studying the interpretive craft of acting. Growing up in rural Minnesota developed in me what people have called “grit,” “scrappiness,” and “moxie” — qualities which are present in almost everything I do.

In 2023, I was cast in a supporting role in the feature film Christmas Eve in Miller's Point, co-written and directed by Tyler Taormina (Ham on Rye, Happer's Comet) and starring Michael Cera, Maria Dizzia, Ben Shenkman, and more. The film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in the Directors’ Fortnight in May 2024. In the film, I play a woman who seems to have her whole life together - the perfect husband, the perfect children. That said, Christmas Eve with her large Italian-American family on Long Island proves more challenging than even she expected. Her internal struggle, filled with a lot of deep breaths and letting go, will be relatable to many. The film will be in theaters November 15, 2024.

I love British television, my cat Monkey, and french fries.
